IMPORTANT NOTICE: THESE ARE EXTERNAL LINKS, THAT ARE NOT PART OF THE WORLD FUTURE FUND. THE WORLD FUTURE FUND SUGGESTS THESE LINKS AS A MEANS OF PROMOTING INTERNATIONAL COMMUNICATION AMONG DIFFERENT CULTURES.
HOWEVER, WE BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY OF THESE TRANSLATIONS, AND TRANSLATIONS MADE BY THESE SITES ARE NOT OFFICIAL WORLD FUTURE FUND DOCUMENTS.
A key part of our mission is to create greater understanding among the peoples of the world. Few things are more important than the ability to translate other people's languages. Today's internet based machine translation is not an exact science. However, it is a giant step forward.
Our best advice for translation of web pages is to install the Google Toolbar and use its features for translation. Right click on a page, go a section called "page info" and you will see a sub menu which says translate.
If you want to translate just part of a page, you can go to Google's translation page. You do not need the Google Toolbar to do this.
Again, remember that machine translations contain many inaccuracies. This is not an exact science yet. One day, hopefully, it will be.
WRITING IN A FOREIGN SCRIPT (Windows only)
If you wish to write in a foreign script you can use Windows 7, XP or Vista check our guide to this.
Or you can buy a program called Global Writer. Note that it apparently does not support 64-bit Windows 7.
These sites sell pocket translators using many languages. They can help you with foreigners but verbally speaking translated words to them. (We have no connection with these vendors, and in no way do we guarantee any results from them. However, they are an example of what can be found.)
